




A franchise specializing in naturally fermented bread is seeking a Head Baker to oversee its daily production, fulfilling store demands while adhering to the franchisor’s production processes and quality standards. Your responsibilities include leading and managing your team members, as well as maintaining effective communication and collaboration with the store’s general manager, who supports operations and ingredient procurement. Experience in team leadership and bakery production will be a strong advantage for this position. Strong communication skills and positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues are essential. We are not seeking bakers for this position who lack experience in production leadership or who have never supervised a production shift. Knowledge of natural fermentation is required.
