Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead gastronomic operations across multiple units, ensuring excellence in production, standardization, cost control, event execution, and customer relationship management. Strategic engagement in customer relationship management **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a professional to lead gastronomic operations across multiple units of the Ballroom Network, ensuring excellence in production, process standardization, cost control, and event delivery in accordance with the company’s quality standards. The professional will also manage customer relationships, supporting customization and alignment of gastronomic requirements for events. **Job Responsibilities** * Plan and organize weekly kitchen production; * Ensure event execution in accordance with briefing documents and company standards; * Supervise the kitchen team during pre-production and events; * Control waste and implement CMV (Cost of Merchandise Sold) reduction initiatives; * Ensure proper food storage in compliance with sanitary regulations; * Manage and request supplies from inventory; * Follow and ensure adherence to technical specifications; * Participate in unit operational meetings; * Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment preservation; * Monitor product expiration dates, quality, and standards; * Support team training and development; * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and good manufacturing practices; * Collaborate with Planning, Events, and Inventory teams for efficient event execution; * Interface with clients to align and monitor gastronomic requirements for events. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in professional kitchens; * Experience in event production; * Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control; * Knowledge of food handling best practices; * Operational leadership capability. **Desired Profile** * Organization; * Leadership; * Agility; * Ownership mindset; * Teamwork; * Ability to manage under pressure; * Commitment to standards and quality. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing large-scale event operations; * Experience managing multiple units; * Experience in customer service and relationship management; * Knowledge of performance indicators and CMV management; * Experience in team training and development. * Personal vehicle **What We Offer** * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Health benefits via telemedicine (Starbem) * Wellhub * Performance-based gamification * Financial support for courses and specializations (up to 70%), provided they deliver tangible impact on your growth and the company’s success. * Recognition programs. **Job Details** **Location:** IRAJÁ – Mansão Santorini **Schedule:** 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Weekends as required) Compensation: R$3\.880,39 per month Work Modality: On-site
