Position for **Apprentice Supervisor (On-site - Vila Isabel - RJ)** We are seeking an Apprentice Supervisor to join our team. The professional will be responsible for coordinating and guiding apprentices, ensuring compliance with professional development and training programs. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide apprentices in their daily activities. * Develop and implement training programs aligned with pedagogical training. * Monitor apprentices' performance, providing continuous support and feedback. * Collaborate with the pedagogical team in developing learning strategies. * Ensure compliance with working hours and formative activities as stipulated by current legislation. * Conduct periodic evaluations of apprentices' progress and developmental needs. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of apprentices' performance and participation in programs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in humanities. * Prior experience in supervising or coordinating training or apprenticeship programs is desirable. * Knowledge of laws and regulations related to apprenticeship programs. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Organization, proactivity, and leadership ability. * Availability to work 40 hours per week. **Benefits:** - Salary R$3.036,00 - Meal allowance - R$26.90 per day - Transportation allowance (VT) - Professional growth opportunities If you identify with these values and seek to make a difference in the lives of young people pursuing professional qualification, join our team!
