Always prioritize operational excellence and safety. Act as the plant owner and manage operational conditions as specified in the project. The Operations department is also responsible for maintaining a strong customer relationship throughout the contract period, fostering synergy and strengthening the partnership. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Equipment startup, operation, checklist execution, and collection of operational data; * Daily operational reporting to the Technical Support Center (CST), including production information, measurement variable spreadsheets, and other site operation-related information; * Mechanical cleaning and maintenance of equipment and the site in general; * Proper monitoring of operational variables; * Preparation of Monthly Reports containing parameters of equipment performance at the site; * Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Financial control of material purchases for administrative tasks and general site cleaning supplies; * Oversight of services performed by third-party companies; * Execution of electrical switching operations and valve operations; * Treated water analysis; * Implementation of safety lockouts and compliance with occupational safety standards; * Reading and interpretation of procedures; * System problem diagnosis and appropriate identification of difficulties; * Performing minor maintenance interventions at the site — electrical, mechanical, civil, paint repairs, and conservation; * Providing assistance to all company operators and technicians; * Maintaining and updating PMOCs (Preventive Maintenance Operation and Control Plans); * Interpretation of single-line diagrams and interface with software systems; * Ensuring integration among operators, technicians, and maintenance service providers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; * Basic computer skills; * Experience with cogeneration of energy. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** **Meal Voucher** – for your daily meals with greater convenience and balance; **Food Voucher** – to help cover supermarket expenses; **Transportation Voucher or Mobility Card** – to facilitate your daily commutes conveniently; **Important Note** This position is open to applications from all individuals, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, cultural background, socioeconomic status, or any other factor.
