Proven experience in team leadership and knowledge of mechanical lathes/milling machines A company specializing in restoration and manufacturing of bus and truck parts is seeking a **Machining Supervisor** to lead the production team. The professional will be responsible for overseeing machining processes, organizing team activities, and ensuring service quality and delivery deadlines. * Coordinate and supervise the machining team (turners, millers, and operators); * Assign and monitor work orders; * Ensure adherence to production deadlines; * Monitor quality of machined parts; * Assist with machine programming and adjustments when necessary; * Maintain organization and safety within the department. * Proven experience in machining; * Proven experience in maintenance; * Experience in parts restoration companies or metallurgical plants. * Experience in team leadership; * Knowledge of mechanical lathes, milling machines, and machining processes; * Prior experience in heavy-duty parts restoration is desirable; * Commitment and organizational skills.
