Technical and commercial support to customers **Job Description:** Will be responsible for internal sales of CASE/Hyster/FPT line parts, tires, and attachments, serving customers via counter and WhatsApp. Will engage in customer prospecting, promotion of portfolio items, and maintenance of active and inactive customer portfolios, applying best sales techniques and strategies while remaining attentive to the needs and characteristics of each customer. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor and analyze parts sales data to identify market trends and business opportunities; * Provide technical and commercial support to customers, clarifying questions regarding parts and solutions; * Track parts inventory availability and recommend restocking to ensure operational continuity; * Develop commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and company strategies; * Cultivate and maintain strategic customer relationships, ensuring effective and collaborative communication. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Commercial profile; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of parts catalogs; Experience in technical sales, preferably in the construction machinery and material handling equipment segment. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
