We are seeking a CNC Lathe Setup Operator to join our team. As a CNC Lathe Setup Operator, you will be responsible for programming and adjusting CNC machines, ensuring parts are manufactured with the highest precision and meet quality requirements. Your technical skills and attention to detail will be crucial to the success of our manufacturing team. **Salary and benefits: BRL 15.00/hour + 40% hazard pay** **Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:48 PM; Friday – 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:18 PM to 5:00 PM.** In addition to your technical skills, the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other team members is vital. You must be able to follow precise instructions and work methodically to ensure consistency and quality across all operations. Proficiency in programming, setup, and operation of Fanuc and Siemens controls. Proficiency in using measuring instruments, reading and interpreting technical drawings. Meticulous attention to detail, sense of responsibility, commitment, personal availability, organization, interpersonal skills, leadership, initiative, and decision-making ability.
