Blow Molding Technician

Description

* Adjust blow molding machines to ensure quality standards. * Carry out blow molding operations by adjusting machines and specifying packaging requirements. * Comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations, as well as inspect workplace cleanliness and maintenance. * Perform other related tasks of the same nature and equivalent complexity and responsibility level, when requested by the immediate supervisor. **Education and Experience Required:** * High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in extrusion blow molding. * Knowledge of operating Bekum HBD 51; HBD 111; HBV 121 machines. * Knowledge of operating Pavan Zanetti BMT 3\.6D; BMT 6\.0D machines. * Knowledge of producing HDPE, PP, and PVC blown plastic packaging. * Knowledge of process optimization aimed at cycle time reduction, minimizing “downtime”. * Knowledge of *Set\-Up* for raw materials, molds, and peripheral accessories (die heads, blow pins, flash trimming systems).
