Definition and reporting of contractual performance KPIs \- Establish and manage contractual demand forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with requirements of a large-scale technology program. \- Organize contract lifecycle management, including demand for new contracts, execution (payments), and administration. \- Identify opportunities for contract optimization in accordance with program priorities. \- Collaborate with and define processes alongside legal and procurement teams to ensure effectiveness of contracts to be executed. \- Define and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for contractual performance, efficiency, and compliance.
