This professional will support production process stages, contributing to safe, high-quality, and efficient production. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation, separation, and handling of raw materials and supplies. * Feed machines and production lines according to operational instructions. * Perform filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing. * Conduct basic visual inspections and simple product weighing. * Support equipment assembly and maintenance. * Maintain the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. * Support operators in line operational activities. * Follow operational procedures and safety regulations. * Correctly use PPE and report process or environmental irregularities. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (completed high school is a plus). * Prior experience is not required, but industrial environment experience is desirable. * Basic knowledge of industrial operations (desirable). * Ability to perform weighing and read instructions. * Availability for physically demanding tasks, standing posture, and repetitive tasks. **Desired Competencies:** * Attention and discipline. * Organization and proactivity. * Teamwork. * Commitment to safety regulations.
