**Job Mission**
Support Information Technology (IT) department activities, contributing to the maintenance, evolution, and support of systems and infrastructure, with a focus on learning by doing, developing technical skills, and delivering value with empathy, curiosity, and a proactive attitude.
**Academic Qualifications**
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
Mandatory: Availability to intern from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no classes during this period, even if online).
Desirable: Expected internship duration of at least 12 months.

Operating systems (Windows and Linux)
Fundamental networking and infrastructure concepts
Office 365 or Google Workspace
Code versioning (Git)
Technical support and service management tools (e.g., GLPI, ServiceNow)
Information security fundamentals
Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX usage, and visualizations)
Intermediate Excel (filters, formulas, charts, and pivot tables)
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Jira (task and sprint tracking)
**Daily Responsibilities**
Support maintenance of IT equipment and systems
Assist in configuring access rights, e\-mail accounts, and devices for new users
Provide first-level technical support to internal users
Track service tickets and document solutions
Participate in technology team trainings and meetings
