Continuous maintenance of cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment Job Description: Kitchen Assistant (Night Shift) **Location:** Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro \- RJ **Compensation and Benefits** * **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.714,00\. * **Excellent Performance Bonus:** R$ 200,00 (tied to achievement of productivity targets). * **Potential Total Compensation:** R$ 1\.914,00\. * **Benefits:** On-site meal and Transportation Voucher (R$ 10.00/day). **Work Schedule** * **Working Hours:** 5:50 PM to 2:10 AM\. * **Rotation:** 6 days on, 1 day off (one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month). **Responsibilities and Tasks** * **Assembly:** Agile execution of sandwiches and portions, with rigorous focus on quality and brand standards. * **Preparation:** Ingredient pre-preparation strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * **Maintenance:** Continuous cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the workplace and equipment. **Requirements** * Proven experience in this role, with technical proficiency in sandwich assembly. * Dynamic, proactive profile committed to high hygiene standards. * Availability and discipline for regular night-shift work. **Application** * Candidates meeting the listed requirements must submit an updated resume for review.
