Attention to detail, agility, and commitment to quality **Job Description / Responsibilities:** \- Perform deboning of beef carcasses and cuts according to technical procedures; \- Sort, classify, and organize cuts according to established standards; \- Ensure proper use of work tools, such as knives and steel sharpeners; \- Comply with hygiene, safety, and good manufacturing practices; \- Support the production team as needed. **Desired Education and Experience:** \- Proven experience as a beef deboner in slaughterhouses; \- Proficiency with knives and cutting techniques; \- Attention to detail, agility, and commitment to product quality; \- Availability to work in a cold-room environment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48 (including 01:00 lunch break) **Additional Information:** \- Breakfast and afternoon snack provided on-site; Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
