Collaboration with the kitchen and bakery team Supermarket seeks a Bakery Assistant in Petrópolis (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes. Prepare doughs, fillings, and toppings as instructed by the baker. Shape and mold breads, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products. Bake bakery products in the oven according to specifications. Decorate and finish bakery products, if required. Clean and maintain the work area clean and organized. Follow food hygiene and safety standards. Assist in maintaining and cleaning bakery equipment. Collaborate with the kitchen team and other bakery staff.
