Job Summary: A technical professional responsible for team management, supervision of HVAC system maintenance and operation, preparation of documentation, and resource administration. Key Highlights: 1. Team management and supervision of HVAC system maintenance. 2. Experience with Trane CVGF400TR systems and HVAC automation. 3. Preparation of technical documentation and resource administration. * Technical education in industrial mechanics/refrigeration; * **Experience** in operation and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, as well as knowledge of supervisory and control automation systems for HVAC applications; * **Proven academic or professional experience in maintenance and operation of Trane CVGF400TR liquid cooling units;** * AutoCAD, maintenance planning, quality management, and CMMS usage. **Main Responsibilities:** · Manage on-site teams, handle disciplinary matters, ensure team members' professional appearance, monitor attendance, supervise use and distribution of materials and equipment; · Supervise maintenance and operation activities, determine priorities, control and update the Preventive Maintenance and Operation Plan (PMOC) and maintenance schedule including shutdowns, inspect, guide and monitor service execution, maintain technical and administrative areas clean and organized (5S), monitor equipment operating parameters, interpret drawings and designs, specify services, materials and equipment, identify problems and develop solutions, analyze defect or failure diagnostics, organize, track and distribute work orders (OSs), approve completed services; · Prepare technical documentation, register equipment, draft control forms, develop operation manuals, keep technical documentation up to date, issue monthly service reports; · Administer resources, select suppliers, analyze team productivity and equipment efficiency, control consumables usage, manage in-house inventory of materials, spare parts and equipment, analyze statistical data from maintenance software; · Ensure worker safety during routine activities by controlling production methods and processes, complying with safety regulations, monitoring component testing, overseeing high-complexity and hazardous tasks, and managing sustainability-related processes; · Perform duties of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation operation and maintenance technicians as needed; · Serve as the communication interface between the client's inspection team and the contractor.
