Job Summary: Professional responsible for commissioning, inspection, and field instrumentation calibration for yard equipment in the Automation area. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in cold and hot tests, ensuring operational safety We are seeking an **Equipment Inspector** to work in the **Automation** area. **Requirements:** Professional responsible for commissioning field instrumentation applied to yard equipment including Mobile Hopper, Stackers, and Belt Conveyors, covering sensors, switches, transmitters, and safety devices. Responsibilities Perform inspection, calibration, loop testing, functional testing, set-point adjustments, and integration with automation systems.  Capacitive level switches (LSL/LSH) on the Hopper, impact-resistant against coke.  Limit switches, deceleration switches, and over-travel switches on the Hopper and Stacker.  Emergency pull-cord switches on the Hopper and Conveyors.  Conveyor devices: speed switch, pull-cord switch, misalignment switch, and belt rip detector.  Solenoid valves for air cannons (pneumatic blockage breakers). Participate in cold and hot tests, ensuring correct instrument readings, appropriate alarm responses, integration with control panels/PLCs, and safe equipment operation.
