Main Responsibilities * Client and insurer service, maintaining close and efficient relationships; * Handling **new insurance policies and renewals**, including requesting and presenting quotations; * Policy issuance with insurers; * Sending **policies and payment slips** to insured parties; * Monitoring and finalizing **claims processes**; * Monitoring **delinquency**, with preventive and corrective actions.
