Document tracking and termination procedures Administrative assistant with HR focus and expertise in the following routines: * Electronic timekeeping; * Payroll processing \- analysis and preparation of reports and payroll statements; * FGTS/INSS reports and payment confirmations; * e-social and Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) inquiries; * HR department document files; * Life insurance, health insurance, and dental insurance documentation; * Monitoring of termination procedures at labor unions; * Payment of pro-labore; * Recording and monitoring of payments to independent contractors. Preference for candidates currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
