Telephone, chatbot, and email support Description: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for Collections to join our team and provide support in financial routines and customer service. The professional will be responsible for handling matters related to invoices, client communications, and operational support to our branches. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide telephone and chatbot support to customers. * Issue, cancel, clear, and maintain invoices. * Perform banking remittance and return processes. * Respond to customer and internal emails. * Issue cancellation agreements and other required documents as needed. * Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with collection data. * Provide support to branches: Vila da Penha, Nova Iguaçu, Duque de Caxias, São Gonçalo, Cabo Frio, and Itaguaí, via telephone and WhatsApp groups. * Support consultants with collection-related requests. * Provide general information regarding invoices, cancellations, and reactivations. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks; * Proficiency with technology and collections systems; * Prior experience in administrative, financial, or customer service roles will be considered a plus. 2512100202181911400
