Job Summary: International Trade/Logistics professional to manage import/export processes, interface with clients and suppliers, and control material management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Direct client interface and logistics tracking 2. Monitoring of import/export processes and customs documentation 3. Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or International Relations Main Responsibilities: \* Direct client interface, tracking logistics requests; \* Monitoring of import/export processes and customs documentation; \* Ensuring proper classification under Repetro / Repetro-Sped; \* Inventory reporting; \* Control of material management systems (WMS); \* Coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers; \* Support in preparing reports and KPIs; \* Issuance of storage/transport invoices (NF); \* Scheduling and monitoring of cargo; \* Contacting suppliers for adjustments. Required Qualifications: \* Degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields \* Experience with customs procedures \* Knowledge of international trade legislation is a plus. \* Intermediate English level (conversational proficiency required) Work Location: 100% on-site position – CENTRO - RJ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
