Working directly with the IT team **Job Responsibilities:** We are seeking an IT intern to provide internal technical support, perform computer maintenance, and deliver remote customer service. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop technical and customer service skills while working directly with our IT team. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology or related field. Aptitude for telephone customer service, proactive attitude, and commitment to deadlines and schedules. Intermediate knowledge of preventive and corrective computer maintenance, system formatting and installation.
