An environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and diversity **Job Summary:** The Service Engineer delivers specialized technical support to the customer’s installed base, achieving customer satisfaction by executing services and contracts according to the defined scope and budget. **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** 1) Advising on the development and implementation of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs, as well as providing technical advice for interventions in Emerson Machine Automation Solutions systems (formerly GE Automation & Controls); 2) Collecting data, developing flowcharts, diagrams, calculation reports, and studies to select equipment and materials, execute a project, or adopt the most cost-effective solution for resolving problems in existing industrial automation installations; 3) Developing basic projects containing Technical Procedures, Descriptive Construction and Installation Reports, and Descriptive Reports for contracting detailed engineering projects, in compliance with PETROBRAS standards; 4) Reviewing projects and technical studies from other companies, as well as issuing Technical Opinions (PATEC) regarding Emerson equipment and services; 5) Providing services for configuration, programming, and updates (e.g., software, ladder logic, hardware, firmware, etc.) of Emerson Industrial Automation Systems at PETROBRAS Production Facilities, covering computers, data communication networks, and control and interlock equipment—including Emerson programmable logic controllers (PACSystems RX3i, VersaMax, Series 9030 and 9070); 6) Managing, monitoring, and supporting GE Digital supervisory systems (whether implemented standalone or jointly with Emerson PLCs); 7) Developing, designing, and executing system migration projects involving discontinued (obsolete) Emerson equipment; 8) Conducting technical audits of manufacturer equipment and applications, as well as managing and planning spare parts and inventory for Emerson Industrial Automation Systems; 9) Commissioning new technologies for Emerson Industrial Automation Systems. **Who You Are:** You consistently take action to develop new skills.
