




Job Summary: Technical support focused on user assistance, system maintenance, and machine optimization. Key Highlights: 1. User technical support and assistance across multiple platforms 2. Hardware and software maintenance and configuration 3. Machine optimization and cleaning for improved performance User support; Support via ticketing tool/telephone; Ticket prioritization; Follow-up with users; On-site user support; Support for Microsoft tools or similar; Desktop/laptop formatting and configuration (for new users); Printer configuration; Print driver support; Software updates; Antivirus updates; Backup support; Email configuration; Data network support; Machine cleaning and optimization for improved performance. Requirements: - Reside near the downtown area of Rio de Janeiro. - Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support. - Knowledge of systems. - Must be registered as an Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI).
