Ensure compliance with all legal obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, INSS, FGTS, and IRRF), meeting deadlines and maintaining full regulatory adherence. Work to reduce risks, provide audit support, monitor KPIs, and prepare management reports. Manage the team, assign tasks, supervise deliverables, and advise leadership on legal matters. Previous experience as HR Director, HR Coordinator, HR Supervisor, or Talent Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
