Job Summary: Provide advanced support in engineering, architecture, and building compliance, conducting high-complexity analyses and specialized support. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services. Active and valid registration with CREA or CAU, according to academic background. Evaluating documentation, risks, performance, materials, and technical solutions. Supporting critical demands requiring high-level communication with Senior Management. Technically coordinating technical records, RTIs, action plans, and NR10, NR12, and NR13 audits when assigned. Acting as a PLH and issuing technically appropriate responsibility documentation aligned with assigned responsibilities. Supporting inspection, measurement, KPIs, and resolution of significant deviations. Producing executive reports, presentations, and evidence for management. **Required Knowledge:** Proficiency in Portuguese language and technical writing; Microsoft Office suite; intermediate English; SAP S/4HANA and its modules; Power BI; BIM training; Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks training, as required by the specific role and the requesting management unit.
