The **Seres Group** is seeking a professional for the position of **Administrative Assistant – Facilities**, with the mission of supporting administrative and operational office management, ensuring process organization, service and contract control, resource management, and support for internal routines—contributing to efficiency, safety, and smooth operation of company facilities. **Job Responsibilities:** * Control and organize corporate travel, including issuing tickets, booking hotels, and managing meal allowances; * Request, monitor, and control office maintenance activities with suppliers; * Manage and monitor active office telecommunications and internet contracts; * Process and track employee reimbursements; * Manage and monitor corporate emails; * Control delivery, return, and maintenance of company equipment (laptops, mobile phones, SIM cards, etc.); * Manage office access, ensuring security and authorization of entry for employees and visitors. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in administrative routines; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks; * Good interpersonal skills; * Commitment to deadlines and quality of deliverables.
