Maintain kitchen and equipment organization and cleanliness. ### **Join our team!** If you are passionate about retail, enjoy challenges, and love cooking! ### **Job Description** We are seeking a Mid-Level Cook to produce ready-to-eat food, ensuring quality, flavor, standardization, and food safety in accordance with internal standards and applicable legislation. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare meals, ready-made dishes, and side dishes according to the defined menu * Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards * Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing of dishes * Control preparation time and portioning * Strictly follow hygiene standards, good manufacturing practices, and food safety regulations * Assist in inventory control, shelf-life management, and storage of ingredients * Request replenishment of materials and ingredients as needed * Maintain kitchen and equipment organization and cleanliness ### **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred) * Proven experience as a cook, preferably in restaurants or industrial kitchens * Knowledge of good food handling practices * Agility, organization, and attention to detail * Ability to work in a team and under demand ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Training in Gastronomy or Professional Culinary Arts * Experience in large-scale food production * Knowledge of cost and waste control Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level) * On-site meal * Partnerships with educational institutions * Shopping discount program * Transportation allowance * Birthday Day Off
