Provides technical support to users and performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems, directly contributing to the unit's technological stability. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment, ensuring full system functionality; * Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and network devices; * Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and CCTV systems, ensuring security and stable connectivity; * Provide technical support to users, resolving queries and issues related to hardware, software, and network access; * Manage equipment and peripheral inventory, recording receipts, disbursements, and replacements; * Implement digital and physical security measures, identifying and correcting vulnerabilities; * Prepare technical reports and maintain up-to-date documentation of procedures and configurations; * Support the IT team in planning technological improvements and infrastructure projects.
