Job Summary: A professional responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to post-sales and customer retention in the transportation sector. Key Highlights: 1. Full support throughout the sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales. 2. Prospecting, negotiation, and development of new business. 3. Maintenance and retention of portfolio customers. Responsible for handling the entire sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales. Responsible for researching potential new customers via the internet and client referrals; prospecting new customers and developing new business via phone calls and meetings on Meet; presenting the company and its services; negotiating; registering new customers in the system; sending proposals, closing proposals, post-sales follow-up, participating in trade fairs and events, tracking quotations, serving as the company's voice to the customer and the customer's voice to the company. Responsible for preparing initial freight quotations and, after handing over the customer to the commercial assistants team, ensuring continuity of subsequent service interactions; Responsible for issuing collection instructions for approved quotations by contacting the operational bases to dispatch vehicles. Maintain and develop portfolio customers; build relationships with customers to retain them; identify their transportation needs; prepare and close new freight contracts.
