Job Summary: Responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and negotiation to post-sale activities, while maintaining and developing the customer portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. Full support throughout the entire sales process, from pre-sale to post-sale. 2. Prospecting new customers and business development. 3. Maintaining and expanding the customer portfolio. Responsible for handling the entire sales process, from pre-sale to post-sale. Responsible for researching potential new customers via the internet and customer referrals; prospecting new customers and developing new business through phone calls and meetings on Meet; presenting the company and its services; negotiating; registering new customers in the system; sending proposals, closing proposals, managing post-sales activities, participating in trade fairs and events, following up on quotations, serving as the company's voice to the customer and the customer's voice to the company. Responsible for preparing initial freight quotations and then transferring the customer to the commercial assistants team to handle subsequent interactions; Responsible for issuing collection requests for approved quotations, contacting bases to dispatch vehicles. Maintain and develop customers within the portfolio; build relationships with customers to foster loyalty; identify their transportation needs, prepare and close new freight contracts.
