**Job Description** *Responsibilities:* * **Cash Flow Management:** Record incoming and outgoing transactions in the internal system, ensuring correct classification and proper clearance of accounts payable and receivable. * **Bank Reconciliation:** Perform daily bank account reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure balance accuracy. * **Daily Closing Audit:** Review and consolidate daily cash closing, cross-checking sales/group reports, bank statements, and system data. * **Expense Report Audit:** Validate employee expense reports (reimbursements, advances, and corporate cards), ensuring compliance with internal company policies. * **Cross-Departmental Support:** Assist with other finance/administrative routines and requests to continuously improve processes. *Requirements and Qualifications:* * **Bachelor's Degree (in progress):** Administration, Accounting Sciences, or Financial Management. * **Experience with the Autocerto system** is a plus.
