We are seeking a professional to join our Propulsion team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance, repair, commissioning, and technical support services for marine propulsion systems. The role entails ensuring technical excellence of deliverables, operational safety, and customer satisfaction, acting directly as the interface between customers, technical teams, suppliers, and the commercial department. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate execution of maintenance and technical support services for marine propulsion systems; * Plan mobilization of teams, materials, tools, and logistics for domestic and international assignments; * Supervise onboard activities, shipyard operations, and operational bases; * Lead technical teams during field interventions; * Ensure compliance with technical procedures, contractual requirements, and safety standards; * Conduct technical interface with shipowners, shipyards, offshore clients, and manufacturers; * Prepare schedules, technical reports, and post\-service documentation; * Identify sales opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, and new services during service calls; * Provide technical development for Field Technicians and Mechanics; * Perform failure analysis, define corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering or Technical Course in related fields; * Active CREA or CFT registration; * Experience in maintenance and technical support of marine propulsion systems; * Experience leading technical teams; * Knowledge of conventional and azimuth propulsion systems; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Advanced English proficiency; * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; * Availability for offshore boarding and emergency response. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Brunvoll equipment. * Knowledge of: Azimuth Thrusters, CPP (Controllable Pitch Propeller), FPP, Gearboxes, Stern Tubes, Shaft Lines, Hydraulic Systems, Laser Alignment, Vibration Analysis, Balancing, and Commissioning. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Dynamic and highly technical work environment. * Opportunities for growth and continuous learning. * Participation in high-impact projects within the naval and offshore sectors. * Competitive benefits package. * Health insurance (for employee and dependents, both with co\-payment, extendable to spouses and children up to age 21). * Sulamérica dental plan (no cost for employee and dependents). * Icatu life insurance. * On-site meals. * Caju Benefits (Mobility)/ Jaé / Riocard. * Wellhub (formerly GymPass).
