Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Operations Supervisor to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and train staff on job execution within a service outsourcing company. Worksite visits and supervision of task execution V2T is a service outsourcing company, and we are looking for a committed and responsible individual to join our team as an OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR to oversee the administration of our teams. Requirements: Team management experience, completed high school education, basic computer skills, and excellent communication skills at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Facilities/Service Outsourcing as Team Leader/Supervisor; intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. Responsibilities: \- Develop team work schedules; \- Train and supervise task execution; \- Visit worksites at our clients' locations; \- Manage conflicts and negotiate solutions; \- Recruit personnel for replacements; \- Size, organize, track, and record cleaning supplies, uniforms, and personal protective equipment; \- And other duties inherent to the role.
