Prerequisites: * Proven experience in this role * Strong leadership skills * Organizational ability * Effective communication skills Summary of Job Responsibilities: * Daily briefings with the housekeeping team * Shift handover with the front desk team * Administration and task allocation among the housekeeping team * Management of daily staff arrivals and departures * Sorting and distribution of linens by floor * Supervision of the team and oversight of cleaning requests * Supervision of internal areas * Organization of the housekeeping office * Control and management of uniform receipt * Uniform maintenance with the tailor * Coordination with the laundry service * Responsibility for lost and found items * Control and management of departmental requisitions, procurement of supplies—from cleaning equipment to apartment materials * Guest interaction and service to meet needs and expectations * Scheduling and planning of the housekeeping department’s work roster * Performance evaluations and feedback for the department * Staff selection * Submission of overtime demand and control of related requests * Training and standardization within the housekeeping department * Scheduling of lunch breaks * Presentation of departmental results to senior management Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * FUNERAL ASSISTANCE * LIFE INSURANCE * ENGLISH COURSE * DISCOUNTS ON HOTEL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE * DENTAL PLAN * HEALTH PLAN * MEAL OR FOOD ALLOWANCE * PARTNERSHIP WITH INSTITUTIONS
