Focus on quality, safety, and sector organization **G7 Confecções**, located in **São Gonçalo – RJ**, is hiring a **Professional Fabric Cutter** to join its production team. **Responsibilities:** * Perform fabric **layup and cutting** according to patterns and production orders * Operate **cutting machines** (knife, rotary, or automatic, as applicable) * Verify measurements, fabric layout, and fabric utilization * Sort, identify, and organize cut pieces * Ensure quality, safety, and organization within the cutting department **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **fabric cutter** * Knowledge of **patterns, fabric layout, and fabric types** * Attention to detail and cutting precision * Agility, organization, and responsibility * Commitment to deadlines and quality **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the **garment manufacturing sector** * Knowledge of cutting for large-scale production * Experience handling various fabric types **Location:** São Gonçalo – RJ **Employment Type:** On-site | Full-time COMPENSATION: SALARY + BIWEEKLY ADVANCE + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE + PRODUCTIVITY AND ATTENDANCE BONUS + MORNING COFFEE AND AFTERNOON SNACK.
