Manage inventory control systems (cyclic and rotating inventories), optimize layout and turnover policies to minimize losses and obsolescence. Supply and Port Calls: Plan, coordinate, and ensure supply of materials, parts, and supplies for vessels, guaranteeing timeliness and budget compliance. Lead preparation for port calls in collaboration with Operations and Maintenance. Process and Cost Optimization: Lead continuous optimization of logistics processes, pursuing strategic cost reduction, time efficiency, and implementation of new technologies. Manage partnerships with transportation providers, negotiate contracts, and control budgets. Team Management: Lead and train a high-performance team, promoting continuous development, engagement, and safety. Ensure a safety, health, and environmental culture within logistics operations. Systems and Reporting: Optimize inventory and ERP systems, generating managerial reports and KPIs to support decision-making.
