Job Summary: Responsible for construction site inspection, monitoring teams, ensuring quality standards, contractual compliance, and management of materials and personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring execution of service provision contracts Responsible for construction site inspection, monitoring the team, and supervising quality standards followed by all involved parties. Align the team in managing problems, people, and conflicts. Ensure execution of activities stipulated in service provision contracts with public agencies. Drive the company vehicle to conduct daily follow-up of operational teams, thereby guaranteeing service delivery and contractual compliance. Control all materials used, ensuring proper use of equipment and raw materials, both qualitatively and quantitatively, according to expected productivity levels. Establish internal and external contacts relevant to the contract, maintaining information flow and professional experience sharing on matters related to activity progress. Conduct data collection, analysis, and control to support decision-making processes. Submit daily attendance and absence records for subordinates, ensuring timely updating of working hours tracking for the entire team. Prepare reports related to the results of the Measurement Department’s work and other reports as required or requested; Ensure the team properly uses PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during their activities, reporting all observed deviations to occupational safety technicians; Photographic documentation.
