Here, you’ll have professional growth opportunities and use your energy to positively impact the world. **Responsibilities and Duties** **About the Position** ------------------- The Performance Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing performance indicators related to solar farm construction, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. This role involves consolidating data, identifying deviations, proposing solutions, and supporting leadership in strategic decision-making—directly influencing project profitability and productivity. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Develop, track, and report performance indicators for solar power plants (schedule, cost, productivity, quality, and safety). * Structure operational and financial efficiency analyses, proposing action plans for continuous improvement. * Automate reporting and monitoring processes using data analytics tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, or similar). * Coordinate information integration and flow among Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Safety, and Operations. * Conduct root cause analyses for performance deviations, propose solutions, and coordinate corrective/preventive action plans. * Support management in preparing executive presentations and strategic materials for the executive board. * Ensure governance in indicator management by standardizing methodologies, dashboards, review rituals, and metrics. * Act as a facilitator for a data-driven culture, promoting accuracy, consistency, and operational visibility. * Monitor critical project milestones, flagging risks and improvement opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in performance analysis, planning, or PMO functions—preferably in the energy sector or heavy construction. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). * Project methodology experience (e.g., PMBOK, Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable. * Strong analytical ability, systemic vision, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Excellent communication skills for interaction across departments and hierarchical levels. * Fluent English (daily meetings) **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance for employee and dependents * Meal allowance of R$ 42.00/day to enjoy your breaks with flavor * Life insurance for your security and peace of mind * Educational partnership to continue your professional growth * Transportation allowance (VT) to facilitate your commute * Gympass to encourage a healthy lifestyle * Flexible working hours to balance personal and professional life * Training programs to accelerate your development * ESG education supported by the UN Global Compact Academy to stay updated on trends At Órigo Energia, our passion for renewable energy is genuine!
