Responsibilities ● Store opening and/or closing; ● Plan and control restaurant routines, as well as sales, cash closing, finance, and procurement; ● Train the front-of-house staff and monitor the development of the kitchen team; ● Prepare managerial reports; ● Monitor the unit's delivery operations; ● Monitor team development through feedback; ● Training evaluation; ● Customer service; ● Prepare staff schedules relevant to your leadership; ● Monitor administrative procedures.
