




Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Performance Coordinator for Collections to create, implement, and manage management indicators, conduct projections, and manage the delinquent portfolio. Description: We seek professionals with: * Completed undergraduate degree in: Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree (preferred but not mandatory); * Advanced-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of the higher education market (preferred but not mandatory); * Knowledge of collection strategy and policies (mandatory); * Experience in collection strategy, management indicators for delinquent portfolios, and performance management. The main challenges for the FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR FOR COLLECTIONS are: * Create, implement, and manage PDD (Provision for Doubtful Debt) management intelligence indicators, as well as lead meetings with BUs on this topic; * Create and manage the following financial result lines: Received late fees and interest, and granted discounts; * Create and monitor strategic indicators such as rollover rate by delinquency bucket, portfolio sizes, and significant changes; * Lead the area's budget (creation, updating, and management), and performance projection views (using creative and diverse statistical methods for this purpose); * Proactively engage in forecasting, scenario understanding, and impact analysis (pre- and post-event), both for PDD and for expense lines related to discounts, and revenue lines related to late fees and interest received; * Manage the delinquent portfolio holistically, with understanding of student profiles, behavioral analytics, and various other analyses; * Look externally at competitors, analyze financial statements of companies in analogous situations, and identify opportunities. 2512070202191849740
