Financial Performance Coordinator for Collections

Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Performance Coordinator for Collections to manage indicators, strategies, and challenges related to PDD and financial results. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the development and management of PDD indicators. 2. Manage the department's budget and performance projections. 3. Proactively conduct financial impact projections and analyses. Description: We seek professionals with: * Completed undergraduate degree in: Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree preferred (not mandatory); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of the higher education market (preferred, not required); * Knowledge of collection strategy and policies (mandatory); * Experience in collection strategy, portfolio delinquency management indicators, and performance management. The main challenges for the FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR FOR COLLECTIONS are: * Develop, implement, and manage PDD (Provision for Doubtful Debt) management intelligence indicators, as well as lead business unit meetings on this topic; * Develop and manage the following financial result lines: received penalties and interest, and granted discounts; * Develop and monitor strategic indicators such as rollover rate by delinquency bucket, portfolio size, and significant changes; * Lead the department's budget (creation, updates, and management), and performance projection views (using creative and diverse statistical methods); * Proactively conduct projections (forecasting), scenario analysis, and impact analysis (pre- and post-event), both for PDD and for expense lines related to discounts, and revenue lines related to received penalties and interest; * Holistically manage the delinquent portfolio with deep understanding of student profiles, behavioral analytics integration, and various other analyses; * Maintain an external perspective including competitor analysis, financial statement reviews of companies in analogous situations, and opportunity identification. 2512070202191849740
