We have a PJ opportunity to work as a Junior Designer – Commercial Communication / Trade Marketing at Grupo MAG. We are looking for a Junior Designer (PJ) to creatively contribute to the commercial growth vertical, transforming ideas into visual solutions that strengthen the brand, engage audiences, and enhance sales actions through digital, graphic, audiovisual, and point-of-sale materials, with consistency, quality, and innovation. ***Hiring will be under the PJ contract model.*** **Responsibilities and duties** **Your challenges will be:** * Create artwork for digital materials supporting the sales team (presentations, e\-mails, interactive PDFs, cards). * Develop printed materials such as billboards, brochures, banners, vehicle wraps, and point-of-sale materials. * Design layouts and artwork for promotional gifts, promotional kits, and trophies. * Finalize files and prepare materials for print production, ensuring quality and standardization. * Produce digital and physical materials for sales campaigns. * Perform simple video editing for commercial and institutional campaigns. * Adapt materials for different formats (digital, print, events). * Ensure consistency of the corporate visual identity across all materials. * Research creative trends to propose new formats for sales support materials. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Design, Communications, or related fields. * Experience in creating digital, audiovisual, printed, and point-of-sale materials (portfolio will be evaluated). * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere). * Knowledge in file preparation for printing. * Skills in motion design and video editing. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Interest and availability for PJ hiring. **It will be a plus if you have:** * Experience in creating materials for trade marketing, sales, or corporate communication. * Understanding of graphic production and printing processes. * Creativity and versatility to handle different delivery formats. * Ability to capture simple images and videos (behind-the-scenes, testimonials, event recordings). **Additional information*** **Availability for hybrid work, attending in person 4 to 8 times per month at our headquarters in Rio de Janeiro.** For over **190 years**, our **purpose** has been to provide individual financial solutions during the various life stages of all Brazilians.
