




**Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct ongoing research activities for the development of new products and processes. * Plan, execute, and report experiments with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. * Manage mother plant stocks, seeding, seedling treatment, and all stages prior to micrografting. * Perform laboratory tests, weighings, mixing, and filtrations following specific protocols. * Manage inventories and prepare budgets for supplies, materials, and equipment. * Carry out hands-on activities such as seed extraction, irrigation, fertilization, planting, and pollination. * Maintain organization and hygiene in the laboratory, clonal orchards, and mother plant areas. * Support the team with other technical demands related to the area. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Biology, Agricultural Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields. * **A postgraduate degree in related areas will be considered an advantage.** * Experience in field and laboratory research. * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Knowledge of cultivation techniques, cloning, seedling and seed production. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong communication skills for reporting. **Our Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance * Health and dental insurance * Gympass * VidaLink (subsidy for medication purchases) * AABB Club membership agreement * Learning and development opportunities Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.400,00 – R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
