




Responsible for supervising the operation and maintenance of wave pool infrastructure, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with technical standards, as well as ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of structures. * Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for pool facilities (electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical). * Ensure water quality by monitoring chemical parameters, filtration, and treatment systems. * Prepare technical reports and track maintenance performance indicators. * Manage service provider contracts for pool maintenance, operation, and cleaning, ensuring quality and compliance with established SLAs. * Monitor and optimize resource and input usage, reducing operational costs without compromising quality. * Manage inventory of essential inputs and spare parts required for continuous operation. * Ensure safe storage, handling, application, and transportation of chemical inputs and waste exclusively used in pools, in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. * Implement predictive maintenance plans, using best practices and technologies to optimize system performance. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory safety, health, and environmental standards (NRs, ABNT standards, among others). * Support audits and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies. * Manage renovations and improvement projects for pool infrastructure, ensuring execution within scheduled timelines and budgets. * Act with a sense of urgency in resolving critical and technical issues, analyzing failures and proposing efficient solutions to avoid or minimize impact on the experience of club members and users. * Coordinate daily maintenance activities; * Develop and implement operational procedures (OPPs) that ensure efficiency and cost reduction. * Ensure efficient response to internal service requests and rapid resolution of structural and operational problems. * Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, promoting staff development and qualification. * Create training and development plans for operational area staff, prioritizing best practices, safety, and maintenance. * Manage conflicts and ensure a safe and motivating work environment. * Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders (management, members, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and internal teams). * Collaborate with other departments—such as security, operations, and events—to ensure the best experience for pool users; * Prepare and control budgets for areas under management, seeking cost optimization without compromising quality. * Develop KPIs to monitor departmental performance (average response time to service requests, rework rate, infrastructure availability, member satisfaction), proposing continuous improvements to optimize costs and processes. * Implement sustainable practices, seeking innovative solutions to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, and automation (reducing energy, water, and waste consumption, etc).
