Description:
* Completed Technical Course in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Registration with the Ministry of Labor;
* Experience in Occupational Health and Safety;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Implement admission and routine occupational health and safety training programs;
* Conduct daily safety briefings with the team;
* Distribute and mandate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by workers;
* Collaborate on building modifications or new company installations;
* Identify and analyze causes of occupational diseases and associated environmental conditions;
* Organize safety campaigns, lectures, and other forms of training;
* Support CIPA initiatives by reviewing its observations and proposals;
* Develop plans to control the effects of disasters;
* Evaluate workplace accident cases and accompany injured workers to receive appropriate medical care;
* Analyze SMS reports and programs;
* Support SIPAT by organizing necessary activities and resources;
* Collect and analyze workplace accident, occupational disease, and work-related illness statistics, examining their causes and severity;
* Manage all procedures related to workplace accidents, including CAT (Work Accident Communication) and absences;
* Verify that SMS practices comply with ISO and OHSAS certifications through indicators, targets, and audits;
* Participate in internal and external audits;
* Fulfill SMS requirements during operational start-ups, presenting necessary legal documentation;
* Monitor and supervise activities performed by Occupational Health and Safety Technicians assigned to operational bases.
