Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Conducting failure analyses (RCA, FMEA, Weibull, etc.) and proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Developing and reviewing maintenance plans focused on reliability; * Monitoring asset performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.); * Participating in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to extend equipment service life; * Utilizing reliability tools and maintenance management systems (SAP, CMMS, etc.); * Providing technical support to maintenance and operations teams; * Preparing technical reports and presentations for leadership; * Ensuring the availability and reliability of industrial assets through failure analysis, development of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, and implementation of process, equipment, and electronic component improvements. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Engineering and/or Automation Engineering and/or related fields; * Proven experience in industrial equipment reliability; * Knowledge of failure analysis methodologies and reliability tools; * Technical English; * SAP PM or other maintenance management system knowledge is desirable; * Advanced proficiency in Realiasoft software; * Knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) is desirable.
