Stakeholder engagement and collaboration with the engineering team **[Product] Senior Business Analyst** ========================================= TOTVS | Rio de Janeiro - RJ | Hybrid Job Description Work as a Senior Business Analyst in TOTVS's Hospitality vertical, leveraging solid hands-on experience with software teams and agile methodologies to ensure product stability, maximize value delivered during maintenance cycles, and sustain continuous satisfaction across the customer base. This role will be embedded within the Issuance and Custody team—a fiscal team supporting all hospitality segment products—navigating across multiple product lines and squads. Responsibilities and Duties Backlog Management and Prioritization (Focus on Maintenance)* Translate customer and support team needs into detailed user stories, defining clear acceptance criteria to ensure debt-free deliveries; * Prioritize the maintenance backlog (bugs, technical debt, and minor enhancements), balancing hotel operational urgency with the development team’s technical capacity; Discovery and Requirements Elicitation* Lead discovery sessions to map opportunities in maintenance processes, proposing preventive improvements that reduce support ticket volume; * Assess the impact of regulatory changes (e.g., Tax Reform) on the hospitality product, ensuring continuous compliance of solutions with a focus on product notes; Stakeholder and Engineering Team Engagement * Establish an effective bridge between end customers, business units, and the engineering team, facilitating data-driven decision-making grounded in real market inputs; * Actively collaborate with the development team to identify technical solutions that resolve business problems swiftly and with minimal impact on system stability; Requirements and Qualifications * Agile Methodologies: Expertise in Lean Thinking, Kanban, and Scrum applied to software maintenance; * Metrics Management: Use of metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, and DORA Metrics to measure maintenance efficiency and product stability; Desirable Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work on complex system integration projects and closely monitor current tax legislation.
