Ayko — Together to Transform! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support SOC operations and interact with analysts at other levels, infrastructure, and development teams; * Handle and respond to security incidents following procedures, SLAs, and playbooks; * Conduct root cause analysis, prepare technical reports, and recommend corrective actions; * Perform containment, eradication, and post-incident recovery activities, including *hardening* measures; * Implement and review security best practices for servers, workstations, networks, and cloud environments; * Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, runbooks, and the SOC knowledge base; * Participate in technical meetings to define priorities and plan improvements; * Interface with infrastructure, application, and compliance teams; * Structured logging of incidents, evidence, and lessons learned to improve processes; * Network security management, firewall administration, antivirus management, and protection policy enforcement; * Administration and support for the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Foundational knowledge of security principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability); * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and Linux) and security tools (antivirus, IDS/IPS); * Basic understanding of vulnerability assessment and risk management; * Ability to interpret system logs and events; * Knowledge of network-relevant operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux, along with their respective networking tools; * Understanding of network security principles, including authentication, authorization, and encryption; * **Preferred:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields and relevant certifications. **Additional Information** Born as VipRede, **Ayko** is the result of continuous evolution in the IT sector.
