Job description: You are someone with proven experience in converting leads (contacts) into appointments. We are selecting a candidate to handle the first contact with us, clarifying doubts and aiming to bring the patient to the clinic for an initial evaluation. Manage the clinic’s social media accounts and generate content to engage our target audience. Being friendly, organized, and fully available to provide immediate responses to patients is an essential requirement. The position requires the candidate to take an active approach in acquiring accurate knowledge in the field of dentistry; it is fundamental not to provide answers based on assumptions. Another point we consider important is proficiency in using spreadsheets to track these contacts.
