




Job Summary: An Automation Operator monitors automated systems, controls operational and safety processes, identifies faults, and supports optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance Position: Automation Operator Location: Foz do Iguaçu/PR Employment Type: CLT Schedule: * During training period: 44 hours per week (rotating shift); * After training: 12x36 rotating shift (shift to be determined); * Overtime compensated via banked hours. Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 1.939,80; * 30% additional allowance: R$ 581,94; * Meal Allowance (Alelo Card): R$ 850.00/month; * Unimed Health Plan after probationary period. ️ Responsibilities: * Remotely monitor the refinery’s automated systems; * Control operational and safety processes via automation systems; * Identify faults, alerts, and anomalies, and notify maintenance teams when required; * Record operational data and prepare daily and monthly reports; * Support the engineering and operations teams in process optimization; * Update and manage Excel spreadsheets; * Perform inventory control; * Manage and update the maintenance management system; * Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Comply with safety, quality, and internal procedures; * Participate in training sessions and operational protocol updates. ✅ Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Automation, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Prior experience in monitoring and operating automated systems is desirable; * Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and supervisory systems; * Ability to interpret electrical and logic diagrams; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills for documentation and reporting.
